What is Joint Paper Art?

Art can be defined as a gathering of items arranged in such a way as to evoke an emotional response. Some artists use pen and paper, some use paint and canvas. I use only the burnt paper scraps leftover from countless joints, spliffs and doobies.

Each of these scraps of paper has its own unique 'story' to tell. Wheather it's a treasured moment shared between friends, celebrating the victory of a favorite sports team, or even a non-narcotic way to help mitigate pain from a chronic ailment. What I do is give these 'stories' new life as fine art, creating highly detailed designs that challenge preconceved notions of what can be considered art.
